Prerequisites: LCE 200, Senior Standing Building on previous coursework, this course is designed to provide a capstone experience. Training and discussion pertaining to leadership theory, styles, practices, and applications will be followed by a student developed community based initiative. Through this project, students will be asked to explore their own understanding of and abilities in leadership and civic engagement. Through practical application, self reflection, and service learning,& students will be challenged to make a positive contribution to our community.
