Topics are sources (treaties, custom), subjects (states, intl organizations, NGOs, individuals), law making processes, & institutions (including Intl Court of Justice & Intl Criminal Court). Also thematic issues (use of force, intl humanitarian law, intl criminal law, & intl environmental law) with a view to how politics shapes & constrains the law, and how law shapes & constrains politics.
