Internship developing essential skills for professionals in cultural organizations, ranging from research, public interpretation (programming or exhibition, either in-person or digital) to community outreach, administration, fundraising, finance, and marketing. Students devise their internships with approval from MSST Program Coordinator, Independently complete a project for the host organization which develops and demonstrates the targeted skills, and then reflect on their experience in a final paper.
