Physical, emotional and sexual abuse crosses all age, cultural, religious, ethnic, economic and social boundaries. However, the impact of abuse and the remedies and services available to victims/survivors varies widely across different social groups. WS 354: Young Adults and Dating Violence; WS 355: Battered Women in Prison; WS 356: Diversity Awareness and Domestic and Sexual Violence. Each class will consider physical, emotional and sexual abuse. Prerequisite: WS 350.
