Examines the role of climate variability in the Pacific Northwest, including the nature of natural and human-induced variability and the effects on water resources of the region. Students will learn by gathering data, analyzing the data, and reporting on their results. Reading and discussion will accompany the data/laboratory portions of the course. Includes laboratory and/or fieldwork. Also listed as Geog 312 course may be taken only once for credit.
