This course will study the evolving relationships between employers and employees in the nonunion settings. The course highlights various state and federal regulatory aspects of the employment relationships as well as common law developments as they relate to topics such as screening and hiring of employees, termination of employees, wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment, and occupational safety and health.
