Prerequisite: Admission to IO psychology masters program or permission of instructor; Description: Course focuses on studying the influence of culture on individual, group and organizational outcomes and adopts an international management perspective. Implications of findings from cross-culture psychology research as it applies to employee selection,performance appraisal, training and development will be discussed. Other topics include, corporate social responsibility, cross-cultural communication and negotiation, employee decision making, justice perceptions, motivation and ethical leadership.
