Description:
Students must be accepted into the graduate study of the Clinical Laboratory Science track. Students will be involved in the advanced study of bacterial agents that cause human disease. Theprocessing and handling of clinical specimens with emphasis onstate of the art isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria is included. Theory and practice in clinical serology as used in thediagnosis of infectious disease is also emphasized.
