Description:
Prerequisite: None. Tai Chi/Qi Gong relaxes the body and mind together to improve balance while keeping the body limber. It is suitable for all ages; no special equipment, clothing or space needed. Tai Chi/Qi Gong is an interlinking series of movements of the head, hands and feet that are conscious, coordinated and synchronized. Students will practice the Cheng Man Ch'ing version of the Yang style.
