Prerequisites: Minimum grade of C in PARA 102, PARA 103, PARA 110, PARA 114, PARA 118, and PARA 122. PARA 207 incorporates previous knowledge gained at the basic EMT level and PARA 103 and provides material for management of pre-hospital emergencies including assessment and management of neurological, behavioral, abdominal, metabolic, geriatric, and multiple trauma patients. The principles of triage, management of mass casualty incidents, and telecommunication are also included. [Semesters Offered: Winter]
