Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in NURS 240 and concurrent enrollment in NURS 212. A continuation of NURS 240 enabling the student to expand knowledge of medical/surgical conditions with a special focus on patients with multi-system critical illness. This course also provides practice of management concepts and skills presented in NURS 212. This student is expected to demonstrate increasing mastery of skills and concepts to function as an effective Associate Degree Nurse. [Semesters Offered: Fall, Winter]
