Prerequisite: None. The SMR is SMC's very own literary magazine. THE SMR is a bi-annual publication which showcases poetry, fiction, non-fiction and photo- graphy from area artists. Join our class and automatically become a staff member of The SMR. Course activities include soliciting submissions, selecting submissions, editing and proofreading submissions, producing galleys, magazine layout and design, fundraising, event planning and event hosting.
