Prerequisite: None. This is an instructor facilitated online course. Are you ready to maximize your abilities in teaching science? You will learn about foundational content in physical, life and earth science, and ways to teach that content to your students. Discover specific teaching methods and science process skills, and learn how to improve the emotional climate in your classroom. This course will include many worksheets and check lists that you and your students can put to immediate use. You will also learn some of the best Web sites available to science teachers which are great resources for you. By the end of the course, you will have gained knowledge about both science and teaching methods.
