Prerequisite: None. In this course, students will learn hip hop dance styles and movement used in the video and entertainment industry. The course will include a look at the origins, cultural significance, and development of the hip hop dance style. Practical exercises will focus on hip hop dance style and movement, rhythm, isolation, flexibility, movement style, showmanship and self expression.
