Students will learn interpersonal skills necessary to participate in highly participative organizations. Emphasis will be on communication skills required as well as on techniques for building trust with co-workers, customers, leaders and others. One session will focus on ways to create a supportive work environment for yourself and your co-workers. A final session will be developed to address handling conflict.
