Posits models of policy intervention whose effects are transmitted by private actions orchestrated within the interlocking markets that form the economy of cities. Provides selected examples of the analysis of markets in such policy venues as land development, public transit, urban housing, and regional labor markets. Prereq: Urp 5510 and 5520.
