Examine management and leadership concepts and techniques at company and higher echelons. Includes analyses of professional ethics, effective training procedures, subordinate counseling and staff officer briefing techniques. Also investigates counter terrorism, modern peacekeeping missions and the impact of the information revolution on the art of land warfare. Conducted with multiple practical leadership opportunities to organize cadet training and activities. Note: lab fee, 3 hour lecture, 2 hour lab, 3 hours of PT per week and 80 hours of field training. Prereq: permission of professor of Military Science.
