This lab will investigate what constitutes best practice (knowledge, dispositions, skills, training) for impacting the leadership capacity of school leaders as they work to promote: (a) successful student outcomes, (b) inclusive practices, (c) recruitment and retention of high-quality educators, (d) effective learning communities, and (e) social justice and equality for all. Prereq: Admission to EDLI program.
