This course is designed as a prerequisite for further study in the Masters of Social Work (MSW) program. It is intended to provide all students with the required skills for writing as a professional social worker at the graduate level. Emphasis will be placed upon interpretive, analytical, and evaluative thinking and writing skills. This preparatory course is intended to familiarize students with the writing skills necessary for papers during the MSW program, for these and dissertations, and for submission of articles for publication.
