An integrated study of human physiology at the biochemical, cellular, tissue, and organ level. The course is designed primarily for upper division science and nursing majors. Emphasis will be on explanation of biochemical and cellular mechanism in the major organ systems of the human body. Prerequisite: Introductory course in Anatomy and Physiology or consent of instructor. Does not meet General Education Laboratory Science Requirement.
