This course will provide the knowledge of tools and techniques of Six Sigma, while helping students prepare for the Six Sigma certification exams. The DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Verify) phases are covered in depth, with examples of applications in both manufacturing and service organizations. Design of Experiments with hands-on experience with MINITAB is also a primary feature of this course.
