This program consists of five modules, each 32 contact hours, totally 160 contact hours and is designed to build and enhance existing skills for the rental housing maintenance team. The program covers Electrical Wiring Fundamentals, Basic Carpentry & Building Maintenance, General Maintenance (including plumbing and appliance repair), Heating Fundamentals/Heating Service, and Refrigeration Fundamentals. Courses are geared toward hands-on training that will give the students maximum exposure in maintaining and repairing rental housing.
