Workplace Advantage is a unique program, designed and developed to give displaced or other workers the skills required to compete in today¿s industrial job marketplace. This is the foundation course in a series of courses entitled ¿Marketable Mechanical and Electrical Skills¿. Workplace Advantage covers a broad range of skills and initiatives required to be successful in today¿s workplace. Particular emphasis is placed on job ready skills and practical applications. The course is designed to give participants a solid grounding in foundational skills required in today¿s industrial or commercial environment.
