But behind all these people are those who ensure that the end product makes sense and is free of mistakes. The film editor is a key person in the making of movies and in print it is the proofreaders and editors who ensure the highest possible quality of the product. By doing this course you have chosen to enter a highly regarded profession, and as you progress through its stages, you will be provided with all the skills and knowledge needed to be either as a freelance proofreader/editor working from home, on either a part time or full-time basis, or employed full-time within the publishing industry.
