"Who are you calling old?¿ This very popular class defines the way demographers have divided the different age groups by buying characteristics. Lot¿s of ¿light bulbs¿ go on in the class when participants realize the differences between the age cohorts and actually assists agents in determining how to market both their services and listed property to the different age cohorts. The class includes specific marketing lists for each age cohort. According to the NAR over 50% of the buying market beginning in 2006 was Gen X and Gen Y. Dealing with these generations is a little different than earlier generations so let¿s see what they think is important.
