This course instructs the student on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as they pertain to transporting Hazardous Materials. The intent of the regulations is Driver Responsibilities, Communications Rules, Loading and Unloading, Emergencies, Bulk Tank Loading, Driving and Parking rules. The regulations require training and testing for all drivers. This course is designed to prepare drivers to successfully complete the Hazardous Material CDL endorsement test and to be legally licensed to transport Hazardous Materials.
