This program will provide basic guidelines to enhance project management, identify time wasters, prioritize our goals, and learn the important tool of delegation. It has been said that time is the "great equalizer". In the workplace, there are a number of time wasters that can control our workday. Recognizing and eliminating some of these time wasters will provide increased planning and productivity.
