Oftentimes, employees don¿t understand why new products, systems, or workflows are necessary. Managers must communicate why changes are taking place so employees understand what¿s taking place and they are on board with it. The Managing Organizational Change workshop provides strategies for communicating change, gaining commitment, and overcoming barriers and challenges that arise during the process of an organization¿s evolution.
