This foundation workshop provides a conceptual framework for the application of modern project management. You will learn why "business as usual" for projects doesn't work in todays complex, rapidly changing business environment. You will read "A Guide to the Project Management Book of Knowledge" (PMBOK) and other resources to understand the discipline of project management and how to make project management real and actionable in your organization.
