Non-profit organizations rely heavily on the hard work of their volunteers. Without them, the organizations might not be able to keep operating. In the Volunteer Management course, participants learn how to build an internal workforce through recruiting and managing a volunteer base for their organizations. Designed for non-profit leaders and those interested in entering the non-profit sector, this course is part of the Non-profit Leadership series of classes, which also includes Introduction to the Non-profit Sector, Fundamentals of Board Development, Art of Grant Writing, Successful Event Planning, Marketing on a Dime, Creating Partnerships, and Motivation and Team Building.
