In the Volunteer Management course, participants learn how to build an internal workforce through recruiting and managing a volunteer base for their organizations. Designed for non-profit leaders and those interested in entering the non-profit sector, this course is part of the Non-profit Leadership series of classes, which also includes Introduction to the Non-profit Sector, Fundamentals of Board Development, Art of Grant Writing, Successful Event Planning, Marketing on a Dime, Creating Partnerships, and Motivation and Team Building.
