Taking time, whether its five or thirty minutes, to consciously focus on your breathing, center in the quiet of your mind, and release stress and anxiety, will significantly improve your attitude, your productivity, and your sense of well-being. This course offers basic information about meditation and a few simple techniques that can be used in your office, at home, or sitting in traffic to help reduce daily stress. Meditation is great for anyone who multi-tasks, works under deadlines, in a hectic environment or keeps a busy calendar.
