This course is designed to help women understand the nature and dangers of physical assault and to provide an opportunity to gain a fundamental level of proficiency and confidence in dealing with an aggressive situation. Women¿s Safety Awareness is not simply a course full of techniques, but instead, of principles and concepts that will help train the mind to think freely in times of stress or danger. The physical application portion of this course will introduce concepts of personal safety strategy and awareness, tactical movement, weapons, and situational analysis. Course is open to women at ALL fitness levels, and ages¿ all are welcome.
