Resident Led Facilitation (RLF) training is for community leaders who lead, desire to lead, and/or facilitate meetings in their communities. The RLF training is a specialized workshop designed to help participants gain increased skills needed to facilitate successful meetings that result in actions that will achieve desired results. Special emphasis will be placed on the skill of listening, techniques to assist with disagreements and difficult dynamics, and the development of facilitation skills that achieve joint problem solving and group decisions. This course will provide participants the opportunity to build their skills through activities, discussion, and practice sessions with a small group of their peers.
