In this 6-part course for beginners, students will learn techniques associated with the ¿Scruggs-style¿ of banjo playing. The course will focus on basic banjo anatomy, tuning, picking patterns and rolls, chords, slurs, and other playing techniques. By the end of the course you¿ll have the skills for basic bluegrass song accompaniment. No previous experience in playing or reading music is necessary.
