This 4-week class on poultry production for the small farming operation is a continuation of Homesteading 101: A Primer for Living off the Land. In it you¿ll learn about the different breeds, varieties, and classes of poultry, plus housing and feeding, disease and predator control, and egg production and related practices. The course will cover a wide variety of fowl, from chickens and ducks to geese, peafowls, guineas, quail, pigeons, and doves.
