Research has shown that many Americans have a difficult time talking to their partners about their sex life (Marble, 1997) as talking about sex is a very sensitive topic for most individuals. Discussing sexual desires and issues with a partner is a skill that couples can cultivate through communication skill training. Participating in this research-based, empirically tested program will help you enhance your sexual coaching skills, whether you feel like you need a lot of guidance or just a little. While individuals are more than welcome to take the course, it is encouraged that couples sign up together.
