Introduces students to Japanese/Okinawa traditional karate and Kenpo Self-defense. Special attention is paid to anatomical and physiological aspects of techniques. The course presents a strong historical perspective of martial arts traditions. Students with different skill levels work together. Students will have an opportunity to earn nationally or internationally recognized ranks in martial arts.
