Stay strong with this body-sculpting senior workout program that¿s perfect for all fitness levels, and includes use of exercise bands, balls, bars, and dumbbells. Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to increase muscular strength, balance, range of motion, agility, cardiovascular endurance, and to support the skills required for your daily life activities. We incorporate a chair into the workout for standing and seating support ¿ enabling you to push yourself as far as you want. Bring a water bottle and be prepared to have a good time.
