This workshop is designed for students and their parents/guardians to gain a better understanding about navigating through the college application process and the costs associated with going to college. The financial aid process will be explained by financial aid professionals who will walk the participants through the Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) and assist those who would like to file online that day. Various forms of financial aid will also be discussed such as loans, scholarships, and workstud¥positions. Scholarship opportunities, in particular, will be discussed in great detail from their availability to strategies for obtaining scholarships,
