This course is designed to reinforce objectives taught in MTH 095. Topics include a review of basic operations with real numbers, solution of equations, factoring, ratio and proportion, graphing, and contextual problems. Academic study skills and strategies are infused throughout the activities in this course. Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in MTH 095 (Basic Algebra) or permission of Department Chair. 1 cr. 1 Lec. (Per Departmental Standards Version of MTH 105, approved by Academic Affairs on 3/22/07).
