Customer Service through Empowerment This seminar features an educational approach to enhance self esteem at work through customer service. Learn basic principles that have a consistent track record of success which will enable participants to have personal buy-in and commitment to their own ability to give effective customer service. This course will empower participants to view the customer service relationship from both sides of the equation and stresses key elements that work. This is a 3-hour workshop that is open to the public.
