Business Check Up: How healthy is your business? This course is designed to help existing small business owners evaluate the overall ¿health¿ of their business. Topics to be discussed will include: operations, financial systems, vendor relationships, customer service, banking dynamics, and exit strategies. The goal of the course is for participants to gain a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses operating their business and develop strategies to improve and maintain their business health.
