Hammered Jewelry Hammering is a great way to flatten and texture metal. Learn metal-working techniques while you create a stunning pendant and earrings using sterling silver and copper wire. You should bring one or two beads for the pendant (recommended size 8-10 mm, but it doesn't really matter), a ruler, and basic jewelry tools (round nose pliers, flat nose pliers, chain nose pliers, and wire cutters.) All other materials, including a chasing hammer and anvil, are provided and are yours to take home after class. This class is limited to the first ten people who enroll. www.ambermeyers.com This workshop is brought to you through a partnership with The Handweaving Museum & Arts Center located in Clayton, NY.
