May 24 2010 celebrate Victoria Day with a non-credit workshop at JCC! Trifles, scones, puddings, and tassies are some of the familiar sounds of English dessert treats. This workshop will create some English desserts with the butters and creams that accompany them when we finish off with an authentic English tea party.
