ServSafe Certification JCC is offers a one day 8-hour course to make it easier for you to prepare for the certification test! This 8-hour workshop will prepare your restaurant operation to meet the new state mandated training requirements for foodservice personnel. This workshop will empower employees with the knowledge and skills they need to prepare and serve foods safely. The tuition covers the cost of the ServSafe Essentials textbook, exam, and proctoring of the exam. Each class is limited to 10 participants. The test is taken during the final 90-minutes of the course.
