This workshop is for teachers and concentrates on the many ways that rock and roll can be incorporated into the interdisciplinary curriculum, grades 4-12. Combining theoretical and historical approaches, Dr. Scrivani-Tidd discusses the importance of including rock music in the classroom and offers specific suggestions for the use of the repertoire in individual disciplines and across the curriculum.
