Conflict Management & Team Building Participants will learn the key to maintaining a well-balanced workplace environment by helping individuals understand their own and others¿ behavior in conflict, and providing them with the problem-solving skills needed to manage adversity in any team-based situation. Learn all the valuable skills and techniques needed for individuals to perform and be part of a team. Overcome the causes of team conflict, coordinate team efforts to reach a common goal, resolve team problems and much more. Use these skills in school or work teams to remedy nearly any problem and learn how to help team members set aside their differences and work together as one.
