This course is designed for Junior and/or Senior students majoring in Biology. In this course, the major concepts and principles of developmental biology will be discussed. Although examples from other species will be used when appropriate, emphasis on mammalian ddevelopment will be given. Lectures will be delivered via Powerpoint, and students are encouraged to participate in discussions. Special lectures will be reserved for student group presentations to obtain extra credit.
