This is the first of two online research seminars that support the action research projects in the curriculum and instruction program. Attention will be given to the central role of the action research project designed to foster school improvement. The graduate student will be engaged in the process of planning, implementing, collecting and analyzing data, and assessing school improvement activities involving instructional, curricular, programmatic, and leadership decision-making activities. The seminar supports the on-going development of the action research project design and research activities for meeting the degree requirements in EDU795 of the Master of Science in Educational Leadership Curriculum and Instruction concentration program. This is a credit/no credit granting seminar. Corequisite: EDU780A. Prerequisites: EDU520, EDU530, EDU550 and EDU780A.
