This course introduces undergraduate students to the American Legal System and the workings of the trial lawyers and the courtroom dynamics. The students participate in simulated trial experiences and the goals of the course are to develop critical and analytical thinking skills, for students to work in a teamwork setting, and to develop ethical leadership skills. This course also prepares students who wish to compete in the national trial advocacy competitions. Prerequisites: POS101, COM201.
